Camcorder Hire - $75.00 per day
All occasion camcorder hire, we provide the camera, tape and charged battery ready to go plus some tuition. A credit card is required as a security deposit.

Custom Designed Rental
After evaluating your presentation expectations, we provide the equipment and expertise to create the environment necessary to communicate your message. Our people design rentals system that provides you with the best service combination, capability and cost effectiveness. Our inventory allows us to provide the necessary rental equipment that will produce the finest in sight and sound, to your established guidelines of expenditure and specific needs.

Sound Systems
Our inventory sound systems are maintained and serviced regularly, guaranteeing quality audio reproduction of voice, audio signal and music. For larger events we will discuss the event requirements in detail during the initial site visit ensuring all areas are covered and all prospective guests can hear. We use brand name systems and cater for any requirement whether it is a waistband microphone to clip on your collar and walk and talk, small vocal corporate systems to large auditorium requirements.

Lighting
We provide stage lighting and set designs, incorporating lighting instruments from our inventory name brand equipment. Technical staff under the direction of our lighting director install and operate systems from the most basic to the most complex, creating an exciting and appealing result. Our lighting division will provide a single spot lamp display to full performance systems consisting of banks of coloured lights and computerised desk operation for your specialised needs, encompassing follow-spots, gobo's, strobe and smoke machines.

Tape Duplication
The capability to record the spoken voice. Your sessions are recorded in high-fidelity stereo. Where required we use high-speed tape duplicating equipment on site that offer your audience tape cassette copies of your presentations almost immediately and without post convention production delays. We offer a fresh way to generate interest in your program and provide a permanent record of your sessions for history and posterity.

Video Production
We record in the digital DV Cam format and can title, add intro music and duplicate videotapes overnight of keynote sessions recorded that day. Session presentations can be recorded for an edited highlight package delivered at a later time. Should your desire be CD Rom Video for computer playback we can also provide exceptional three (3) day turnaround services through to more advanced presentations and personalised packaging.

Video Presentation
Large screen video/data presentations provide the opportunity everyone to see, including the guests in the back rows. Today's technology provides for high definition visuals at any presentation, we provide data and video projectors for events from 12 to 1200 plus full installation and technical support ensuring your message is seen.

Special Effects
A full range is available and is effective for any show, presentation or product release. Pyrotechnics provide the magic of dispersed flashes of colour, used in conjunction with confetti and streamers create excitement and enthusiasm. Lasers projecting moving animations or your company logo are just another area we cover from concept to design. Our special effects people are licensed fire & safety pyrotechnics operators. Pyrotechnics, or fireworks as they are commonly known and lasers have become tools extensively used at major international congresses and events.

Staging & Drapes
Frequently clients ask us to organise staging, catwalks and elements such as curtains, screens, walls or dividers. Our sources offer a large stock of various staging units. starting with smaller units, each providing an area coverage of 1200mm x 1200mm (4ft x 4ft) with a height of 150mm (6 inches), larger units offer a minimum coverage of 2400mm x 1200mm (8ft x 4ft) and a range of heights 300mm (1ft) 600mm (2ft) and 900mm (3ft). All units can be constructed to your specific stage requirements and stacked if further height is required and all units are carpeted and include a black surround skirt.
