Conference Video Production
We capture video, using HDV or DVCam digital formats. We can add title's, logo's, intro & outro music and credits.
We can duplicate to DVD overnight, any presenters recorded that day.
We can also edit and master to DVD live on site.

Conference highlight videos produce some great scenes for use as a look back video for the conference wrap up by the managing director.
DVD menu's and chapter links for DVDs are another speciality, we also encode and master MPEG and CD Roms for media distribution.

Conference Big Screen Presentations
Large screen video/data presentations provide the opportunity for everyone to see. Today's technology offers high definition visuals for any keynote presentation, conference or AGM.
We provide data and video projectors for events from 12 to 1200, plus full installation and technical support. We ensure your message is seen.

Conference Sound Systems
Quality audio reproduction of voice and music is a must for any event. Whether it be a large conference or a specialty show. We ensure all areas are covered and all guests can hear. We use brand name systems whether it be a single powered speaker and lapel microphone, small vocal corporate system or large system for an auditorium.

Lighting

Stage lighting and set designs. From the most basic to the most complex, we create an exciting and appealing result. Our lighting division will provide a single rack to a full performance system consisting of banks of coloured lights and computerized desk operation. We can encompass follow-spots, gobo's, strobe, intelligent lighting effects, smoke machines and more. Strict safety measures are enforced during installing, setup, operation and pack out.

Special Effects
Pyrotechnics, or fireworks, lasers and intelligent set lighting have become tools extensively used at major international conferences. Pyrotechnics provide the magic of dispersed flashes of colour. When used in conjunction with confetti and streamer cannons create excitement and enthusiasm at an opening or gala dinner. Lasers and moving animations of your logo are just another area we cover from concept to design. Special effects staff are licensed fire & safety pyrotechnics operators.

Staging & Drapes
Staging, catwalks and elements such as curtains screens or dividers. Our sources offer a large stock of various staging units from an area coverage of 1200mm x 1200mm with a height of 300mm or to our larger units covering 2400mm x 1200mm and a range of heights 300mm, 600mm and 900mm. All units can be constructed to your specific stage requirements and stacked if further height is required, all staging is carpeted and includes a black surround skirt.
